I'm a single mom of two, so it's hard to navigate getting quotes, setting up service times, etc., but he EXCEEDED great customer service and made the entire process so simple! The quote we were given was extremely elaborate and included photos of everything on our roof that needed to be repaired. They are the only company who even got on the roof to look for damage. I will definitely be using Southern Roofing Solutions again in the future!

From his initial phone call to setup the roof inspection; checking in on the day of; and showing up at the exact time he stated he’d be here, immediately garnered my respect. Very professional demeanor and approach about the roof inspection. Cesar was patient in educating me about my home’s shingle type and discussed the different types of shingles used in my neighborhood. He enlightened me on what he’d be looking for during the inspection making me feel comfortable about the process. Upon completion of the inspection, he gave me a good report on my roof’s condition and advised I may have a few years remaining. He pointed out a few spots to keep an eye on and to reach out to him if I see any changes. He also discussed weather phenomena to be aware of (non-hail events) that could damage my roof. I was blown away with his candor and caring approach. In no way did I feel pressured to have my roof replaced. Five stars isn’t enough to give as a rating. 10 out of 10 is what I say!
